Uke is small and they are light. That’s why you are less likely to get hurt playing a uke when you are playing in clubs and gigs.
For those of us who enjoy playing the ukulele in the car, I can tell you that playing the ukulele in the car is great fun. You are less likely to hurt your ankles if you need to play while driving. And you get to meet great people at gigs
