No. This year, the only money the I-League will be sending out will be to those individuals that made it into the semifinalists.

What about those that don’t have a team in the I-League? Does this leave you in a tricky spot?
Any individual club or individual player can apply for a Grant for their personal use of around Rs 20,000.
This means that as long as the I-League allows that money to be sent to a single person, you should be all set to apply for one.
What about the I-League players who cannot get to the semifinalists? The I-League has also been providing grants to certain players, but if you get in, you’ll still only receive Rs 5000 if I-League teams were in the final four. Will this mean you have to accept an offer and play for something you’re not actually good at?
If you get into the semifinalists, you’ll be allowed to have a club and a personal team, but otherwise it will have the same rules as other I-League players.

No. In our view, we are happy that the I-League teams are in the semis, because that is what the money needs to cover at the moment.
