– Buy from local dealers, or buy locally made items to sell at your business. We also don’t believe in selling second hand items to people, so please do not send your purchases to people that don’t live in your area, or they may be selling second hand items that you would enjoy!

Does the shop accept credit cards? – Yes we accept cards, but we do encourage you to make checks and pay by check, because PayPal does not allow for any form of payment that doesn’t have the number of digits and currency code that is on the back of the card (example: ‘7B8L’ or ’01-02-02′). If you just want to pay by PayPal, you can make the check payable to “Ace Woodwork” and send it to the shop and they will ship your purchase to you if you pay with a credit card, or you can pay with a check and send it to us.

Can you ship my order to locations where USPS doesn’t normally deliver? – We ship internationally and will not be responsible for any custom charges for packages sent through that company.

What if I can’t find an official store listing for the item? – We list the items and pricing on our website, including pricing on wood items. We just love to sell as many of these items as possible!

Can I order a gift for someone? – We don’t accept gift certificates. You can try asking us to ship to them, and you can try giving their name and email address on a card we send you back when payment is made. We’ll do the same for you.
