Roulette is the most popular form of gambling in Russia. More than a million people come every year to gamble the roulette wheel. It has been reported that up to 80 percent of the roulette players lose. But why did the Russian government decide to shut the roulette casino at least for three days this week?
The roulette machine is part of the Russian government’s campaign against gambling, as they believe that gambling harms society. If you’ve visited Moscow, it is not a surprise that you will see billboards urging people not to gamble.
It’s a great way to tell people not to go on holiday or to stop their vacation before the holidays because you’re going to play roulette in your living room. It’s a terrible habit. There are some people who want to play roulette because they love the game, and they are in good company because the government of Russia is trying to stop them.
The Russian government has decided that all casinos and gambling establishments must play the roulette wheel. It’s the most popular form of gambling in Russia. You can’t believe you’ve been there! I thought it was a beautiful thing but I was wrong. It makes you feel like the government wants roulette because it says that the roulette machine will help people who are suffering from addictions.

We’re trying to stop the use of roulette, but our efforts are really not strong enough at the moment. We all play roulette, but I don’t believe that the authorities really care about it. If you want to gamble at home, it’s OK. If you don’t wish to play roulette then, well, play any other form of gambling because, after all, gambling harms society.
I hope that the Russian authorities will think more deeply about what is right and what is wrong in gambling, before making any decision on the gambling ban.
