This is what I’ve been asked. I have never really been able to answer the question on how I lost or gained weight. After reading many thousands of question you would think that I would have found out at least one simple and simple to explain way to lose and gain weight, but no. How to lose your left arm fat?

When my left arm was at the very end of my recovery from ACL surgery, about 2 years ago, I did not have a lot of confidence in my ability to lose my arm fat. After that and I had several unsuccessful surgeries in that period, I decided it really wasn’t for me anyway. Now, 2 years later with good recovery, I am very much back to my old self and I feel better than ever.

I started reading about arm fat loss on the web, but not too much. So I decided to find out exactly how I could lose my left arm fat from a healthy perspective and at the same time keep on building a healthy body.

So I have read a lot of books about arm fat loss. What I have learned is that losing fat is not as easy as you think it must be. Arm fat does actually exist in your arm and the amount is really small. What the book that I followed for about 2 years, “Arm Fat Loss by Robert Atkins” said I could do with was over 5000. I had done some research on the subject a lot, but I had no idea that it was that low (and actually under my weight of about 175 lb. at the time). A lot more research on it I did later with the book I read from last year. So I did that and came home with some results to put on the web.

But, it wasn’t as easy as I thought it was. After learning about it on my own in 2 years, I realized that I still had not mastered the techniques I needed. So I decided to give it a shot with one of my friends, I knew right away how I could lose fat from a healthy perspective. I am so happy to say that he did the same thing.

The way he lost it was almost no different than what I have been doing in his book, he did over 40 meals per day and lost fat about 50%. I would say you need to do even more than that
