There are lots of people who will tell you they are “thin” and some of them, are just fat. But not everyone is. Some experts believe that a healthy weight is actually a good weight, and not so healthy.
A healthy weight is actually a good weight. That’s because there aren’t any foods that are healthy for you. So you need good nutrition. What is good nutrition? That’s all in your head. There’s no science involved in what’s best for you.
You should know that some people can eat a lot of food. Many who can drink and smoke. Some people who eat a lot of vegetables. And some people can drink alcohol.
But you know what’s bad stuff for you? Drinking any kind of heavy, sugary alcoholic beverage, whether it’s red wine or soda, that kind of stuff. It’s not going to help you in the long run. So you better be careful when you drink your soda or go out for a night out drinking.
How do I get more vitamin D?
For that, you’ll have to do some research. But here are some things you can do to help you find out what to do for it.
1. Get 25-60 minutes of sun exposure per week. And do it in the morning.
You need plenty of good, full sunlight. It’s all sunlight. For that, you’ll have to do some research because you probably can’t get more sunlight from your TV, or your computer, than your television set.
2. Get your vitamin D levels checked at least once per month. Then do some more research every month at least until your vitamin D levels are great.
3. Get at least 50 to 75 minutes of exercise per week in the summer. If you can’t workout in the summer, at least do something.
You can exercise. For that, you need lots of sunshine. And not just for your lungs and your joints. You need a lot of it too.
4. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Or lots of fruit and vegetables. But not as much fruit as you do meat.
