As mentioned earlier, it helps your body get rid of excess water by increasing the flow of hydration. The more exercise you do, the more water your body can store in your body. You can do this by training with weights or cycling. There’s also research showing that drinking water helps women lose weight, especially if they have diabetes. This is important because it shows you can achieve good results without fasting.

How do I drink water?

It is best to make sure you drink only at night. Water is best consumed in the morning. The more water in your body, the more water you can store until you exercise more. Drinking a glass of water in the afternoon may not be optimal, but if you’re on your feet by 6pm, your body still has plenty of water from the day.
