To get the free boiler you need to phone a boiler company and ask if they can deliver one to your address and let you use it.
If your boiler is going to be replaced for you they will tell you how much you’ll have to pay.
They will also contact the housing authority directly to find out where the boiler is in the local area and if it needs any repairs and what kind of repairs.
