Is my bet allowed? This depends on the state’s law, and it could be different depending on where you live. Here’s a summary of the legal definition of gambling.

They can also do the game live during the tournament. In-person bettors can play by meeting and betting in person at one of the many local casinos. In-person bettors can also bet online or via a remote location. In-person bettors can also play in person on the Internet. (NOTE: Some states have some exceptions and these may be different from the online methods mentioned above.)
Is it legal to bet on online roulette? Yes. There are many different types of casino gaming and gambling and it is perfectly legal to bet on online roulette. This is because it is an “electronic game.”
Is it legal to bet in-person (Betbook, Live, Online)? Unfortunately, no. There are special rules governing Betbook live play: You cannot pay to play in person.
