So… if I may give you something good… here’s a hint, maybe you should consider using the right diet. It’s so easy and cheap to use your body as a fat-fighting machine and then use it to burn fat and create some of your own to lose belly.

Here’s how it works:

Your body is under a lot of stress. High insulin levels are creating higher and higher levels of insulin secretion in muscle tissue and fat tissue alike. While this might not seem too bad at first, over time, the higher your insulin levels are, the greater your risk of muscle loss.

If you do not have a good idea of what is happening to your body, you are going to put into motion a feedback loop in your body that will result in damage to the fat, muscle and tissue around you. This damage results in a change in the blood flow to and from your muscles, which is the fat burning mechanism.

The answer to that question might sound like some crazy advice, but once you have your body in the proper weight loss mindset it will be very simple… use the right diet and avoid what can cause damage to your body.

Here’s what I have found, it really depends on your physical and emotional state. For the most part, I use a high protein, slow release diet but at times can go with a high carb diet and some high fat, moderate protein, high fiber program.

The main thing is NOT to let your body burn excess sugar and fat in the same time you are doing the correct training, avoiding fat storage, and keeping your body fueled.

This is just the first step in what will be a very long process to get you started.

If you haven’t already, you should consider getting a personal trainer or trainer to come help you lose some of your old fat. It’s an inexpensive (and extremely helpful) way to help you burn some fat.

And a personal trainer should know more about body composition, fitness, health, nutrition – anything that matters to you. Personal trainers can get a kick out of helping you get started, which gives you better motivation to make your diet work.
