It is the price level which is below the swing low, that makes a swing low attractive. It is a good time to buy as the market is being dragged lower by a long-term decline. It makes a low very attractive and a new low is a good time to sell and that is a low where you will have your profits. And remember when you are dealing and you sell, you have earned a loss, because the seller only has a loss which is the low price and the buyer only has a profit. It is a double loss – the seller’s loss is the low price and the buyer’s loss is the low price. So when you sell your coins at a low price, the loss you had was a loss to the seller but it will not be repaid. And the loser is the investor who may have made profits from the market. So to sell at a low price, make sure you are not being short a profit on the downside of the market and, when you are buying, you will not be short a profit on the upside of the market.

When I sold at the low of the long-term decline, it was a loss to myself, but it has turned out to be one of the best parts of investing. I now own the coins I sold for a loss – some are worth more than others, but the bottom line is I lost only the money I had invested in what I considered high value. The profit has turned out to be more profitable than the cost. And in fact my coins now bring double their value by having been bought at a high price for the downside and sold low for a profit on the upside. They have given me the ability to pay back my early early investment with additional coins.
When you sell your coins at a low price, the loss you had was a loss to the seller, who will not be repaid, and not repaid. But the buyer will have had their profit at no risk. It is worth bearing in mind that it is not just the coins you are selling which you have to consider the price you set, but everything else about the deal. In short it is a question of whether the price you set was right, and whether you are making the profit you can.
