What are the requirements / how do I start?
Start by getting a U.S. visa first. Then go to your nearest office to apply. If you already have a visa, just go to the website, find the “U.S. Grant” section and click on “Apply Now.” After that you can fill in as much information as you’d like for your application. You can also apply through your bank or an internet bank. There are a few agencies that offer all these options.
How do I get my application accepted?
Here’s a quick guide on how to get your application accepted:
Apply for a visa if you’re already a citizen of the U.S.
Complete the application and pay the application fee ($200 for non-citizens). You will have 15 days to pay so fill out the application before the 15th. You can do a second, separate application for the visa or if you want a waiver.
Send the visa applications to the federal Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) office closest to your address. The process is simple and you will likely have to do some research to make sure you have the right people for your job (if you’ve already met with them before). If you are already at an office, the application will usually go through that office first. If you’re not sure about how to get to them, try calling them.
Then, send your application(s) back to USA grants in one of three ways:
