Grant proposals must be received by the Office of the President within 10 business days (M/D/Y) or more of the due date of the Award.

If a grant proposal is approved, you will receive your credit approval letter when we notify you of the award amount and the type and cost of the award.

If your request is denied, we will contact you at least five business days before the due date of the award, to request a reconsideration of the award, and to explain the reasons for the denial.

The reconsideration process can take up to 45 business days.

What is the deadline for all requests?

The deadline for all requests is Monday, September 15, 2018.

How old is a grant proposal?

Any proposal submitted to the Office of the President by a person under 26 (not a citizen of the United States) becomes a proposal of record, not the property of the Office of the President.

If a grant proposal is accepted by the Office of the President, the author(s) who submitted it will be notified by mail.

Grant proposals are not kept by the Office of the President.
