You can be charged only for:

Can I get help with a new house if I am self-employed?
To get help with a new house, you need to ask an inspector to be involved. You can ask about this or find out more in our guide.
Can I get help with a new house if I am a pensioner?
You do not need to tell the inspector if you are on your own unless you are a pensioner.
You can ask the inspector to consider your case as soon as possible after you move in and again when you move out. You can contact us if you have any questions. We will tell you what to do if the inspector decides not to move.

If you have been on benefits under the National Living Wage, you can apply for help to help you with your care bill. You need to pay a £125.40 premium into Jobcentre Plus for 24 months.
